August 2015 Release at Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps!

Welcome to the August Release day blog hop at KRAFTIN' KIMMIE STAMPS!! Get comfy and be prepared for some krafty eye kandy featuring the awesome new stamp sets AND our Limited Edition Halloween Kard Kit!

Over the last few days in our Krafty Peeks, we have shared lots of amazing creations featuring new stamp sets from all of our artists for our August/Halloween release! We know these new stamps will inspire you to make your own fabulous creations! First off, we shared a gorgeous set of SPOOK-TACULAR SENTIMENTS by artist, Becky Pearce! Then we had a sweet set of little goblins from artist Emilie Goulet called A TREAT FOR SOMEONE SWEET! Then we shared a be-WITCH-ing new set of witches from artist, Annie Rodrigue called MY BEST FRIENDS ARE WITCHES! And lastly, we have an adorable set of trick or treaters from artist, Cheryl Grant called YOU'RE A SCREAM!!

My card today features this cute pumpking carving witch from My Best Friends are Witches coupled with one of the Spook-tacular sentiments. The gorgeous paper is Graphic 45 Rare Oddities...keep your eyes peeled at the KKS shop because this must-have paper pad will be arriving soon! I also used some baker's twine, a button and a spellbinders die for embellishments. 

Upon MANY customer requests, we have also released a Limited Edition Halloween Kard Kit! There are only 50 kits available and once they are gone, that's it....sold out! My Best Friends are Witches! (A Kraftin' Kimmie Sneak Peek!)

Welcome to Day THREE of the Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps AUGUST KRAFTY PREVIEWS!!! Today we have an awesome new Halloween set by artist, Annie Rodrigue called MY BEST FRIENDS ARE WITCHES...it has two gorgeous main images plus FIVE coordinating sentiments! 

For today's preview, I stamped this incredible witch in Memento Desert Sand and coloured her with copics. Unfortunately it's not showing up in the picture, but I used a Wink Of Stella glitter brush on the "potion" exploding from her cauldron. I absolutely LOVE the shimmer this product gives...next time I'll have to try shooting from a different angle to capture the effect. If you are a glitter-lover, you will definitely want to order one of these pens from the KKS shop! The paper is Graphic 45 Rare Oddities. The sentiment tag is included in this paper pad. I also fussy cut some "ingredient" bottles from one of the design paper sheets to use as an embellishment beside the image panel. The flourish is a memory box die and the corners embellishments are a die from SCACD.

A Treat for Someone Sweet...Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps Previews Day Two!

Hey everyone!! Welcome back to day TWO of our AUGUST Kraftin' Kimmie Peeks!!! Today we are sharing a super cute set of stamps by artist Emilie Goulet, perfect for all the sweet little goblins in your life! It is called A TREAT FOR SOMEONE SWEET!! This fun set includes THREE main images plus NINE perfectly coordinating sentiments!! They are ADORABLE!!!

I used the adorable pig from A Treat for Someone Sweet. I ventured away from the traditional pink colour for this little piggy and opted for warm grey with brown spots. I fussy cut the image and used some VERY old papers from my stash! This set comes with several coordinating sentiments, but I thought it would be fun to use one of the brand new Spook-tacular Sentiments, a set that we previewed yesterday! I used versafine ink and stamped the sentiment right on the design paper. To finish it off, I distressed the papers, sponged with black ink, added some crocheted trim and a little button.

Spook-tacular Sentiments! (A Kraftin' Kimmie Sneak Peek!)

Welcome to a SPOOK-tacular release week!!! We've got an incredible week of goodies lined up for you and we are thrilled to welcome you to Day ONE of the Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps AUGUST 2015 previews!!!

Today the Krafty Girls and Guests are kicking things off with a gorgeous new set featuring some awesome large sentiments in beautiful fonts from artist, Becky Pearce!! Here's my card featuring one of the new SPOOK-TACULAR SENTIMENTS. I used some old Memory Box papers, distressed the edges and sponged everything with black ink. I kept embellishments simple with a border cut with a spellbinder die. The sentiment was stamped in Versafine ink.
