No Lines Challenge at Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps

Good Morning and welcome to another 

fabulous and fun Saturday Challenge

at Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps!

This week is my turn to play hostess and my challenge is...

NO LINES TECHNIQUE!

I made a little tag featuring one of the elephants from our Up, Up and Away stamp set. I stamped the elephant in Totally Taupe ink (my favourite ink for the no-lines technique!) on Neenah cardstock and coloured him in Copics. The sentiment from the set was stamped in Wicked Black ink. I added a bit of sparkle with some rhinestones and Stardust Stickles.

Each and every Saturday we post a brand new challenge for the week and you are welcome to enter as many times as you like.

Stencil Challenge at Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps

Our Challenge this week is....

USE A STENCIL!

Each and every Saturday we post a brand new challenge for the week and you are welcome to enter as many times as you like.

These must be new creations 
and you are welcome to use any stamp however using Kraftin' Kimmie stamp and products will earn you double entries! 
The monthly prize is a $25 voucher to the Krafty shop!!! 

There are two ways to enter... you can link up your creation on the Kraftin’ Kimmie blog page AND you can upload your photo to the album in our Krafty Friends FB group.

I created a little canvas featuring PERFECT PEONY. I covered a dollar store canvas with a dictionary page (although, I went a little too thick with the paint, so the text didn't even show through lol), applied texture paste over our Nautical Netting stencil (currently out of stock, but add your name to the email list to notify you when it's back in stock) and Lots O' Dots stencil and then painted it in acrylics. After it was dry, I rubbed some gold paint over the stenciled areas to highlight the texture. I watercoloured the peony twice to pop up a layer to give it more depth. The sentiment is from the set (sorry about the glare...acrylics didn't photograph well under my light!) and I added some die cut leaves and rhinestones for finishing touches.

Celebrating the June 2020 Release at KKS!

Today we are celebrating all the wonderful new summertime things in our  JUNE Release that are NOW AVAILABLE

Here's my card for today's hop featuring TURTLEY AWESOME!. I stamped the characters in Totally Taupe ink and coloured them with Copics. The backgrounds of each circle were created with the NAUTICAL NETTING  stencil, Bubbly Blue and Mermaid Melody inks. The sentiment was stamped in Wicked Black ink and I added some SEASHORE DOTS!to finish is off.

It's our FINAL day of 

June Krafty Peeks
at Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps!!

We are closing out the festivities with a brand new adorable stamp set from artist Becky Pearce called....

TURTLEY AWESOME! 

OH my gosh, how cute are these TURTLES?!
There are four main turtles, little accessory stamps for all the seaside fun, a cute little ducky pal and some incredible coordinating sentiments!

Of course, today is also Challenge Day and as always, during release week the theme is Anything Goes, so create anything you want this week featuring a Kraftin' Kimmie Stamp!

I created a fun little 4x4 card featuring two of the turtles from Turtley Awesome. I stamped them in Totally Taupe ink then coloured with Copics. I also used our Krafty Scenery 3 stencil to create the palm tree; inks used were the new Sandy Shores, Charming Chartreuse and Mossy Meadow (detail and shading were added after with some markers). I also added of our new Seashore Dots.

Underwater Fun...Day 2 of the June 2020 Peeks at Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps

Welcome back for 

Day TWO of our June Krafty Peeks at
 Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps!

Today we're sharing a sweet new stamp set by artist
Cheryl Grant!

It's called....UNDERWATER FUN!

This adorable new set features Lulu, Lucas and their furry friends in some fun underwater designs!! 

I created a scene with Lucas and his pup. The images were stamped in Totally Taupe ink. I drew in a background and coloured the scene in copics. I added a highlight to the diving masks with a sharpie paint pen and then covered the glass in Glossy Accents.

June 2020 Release at Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps...Day 1!

The weather is getting warmer and sunnier,
So how about a New SUMMERTIME Release?!

The JUNE Release at Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps
begins NOW!

Welcome to Day ONE of our June Krafty Peeks.
We are ready to celebrate and inspire you with
THREE new stamp sets, TWO new stencils, a brand new INK colour and some new Krafty DOTS!

We're kicking off the krafty fun with an ADORABLE set from artist NEDA SADREDDIN and it's called.....

WHAT'S THE SCOOP?!

These sassy gals are ready for the sunshine by the ocean or by the pool!  And check out their 'crabby' pal!  It's a 4x6 stamp set featuring several main images, some accessory stamps and some awesome sunshiney sentiments!

As you hop around the Krafty Team's blogs today you will see the WHAT'S THE SCOOP? stamp set in action in combination with our all of our other awesome new JUNE Kraftin' Kimmie products.

You will spot our newest addition to the Krafty Kolours Hybrid Ink rainbow!  It's a beautiful warm brown named
SANDY SHORES.
As always it will be available in full sized ink pads, mini cubes and ink refills!

We've got TWO brand new Krafty Stencils for this month's release to help accessorize your creations:

And of course, we are adding the perfect new coordinating Krafty Dots for this release! The package includes  enamel dots in varying sizes in 6 different colours!

I stamped my images in Totally Taupe ink on Neenah cardstock and sketched in a patio. I then masked the images and used the new KRAFTY SCENERY 3  stencil to ink some waves in Bubbly Blue and Mermaid Melody ink. I also used the stencil to ink the palm leaves in Charming Chartreuse and Mossy Meadow inks. The scene was then coloured in copics, other than the tubes which were paper-pieced.

June Skrappy Challenge at Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps

Good morning krafty friends!

It's JUNE and that means it's time for a brand new
SKRAPPY CHALLENGE
with Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps!

The theme of course is ANYTHING BUT A CARD!

For this challenge you can make anything that strikes your fancy....except a card.
So design a new scrapbook page, bookmark, tag, altered item, planner page, art journal, ATC cards...whatever you like.

Just make sure to include some Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps products and make sure it's a new creation. As soon as we have at least five people playing along, we'll be giving away a $10 gift voucher to the krafty shop as the monthly prize!  

You have until Monday, July 6th to enter and you can submit as many new creations as you like for more chances to WIN!  Also be sure to share your designs on the Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps' Krafty Friends facebook page because we love to see your stuff!

I made a bookmark featuring the Fairy Folk stamp set...I coloured these little fairies up during my recent colour along on the Krafty Friends Facebook group. The fairies and mushroom were stamped in our Wicked Black ink and coloured with Copic markers. I adhered them to some pretty design paper, added a sentiment from the set and edged the papers in waterfall stickles.
