Hello Friend...A Kraftin' Kimmie weekly challenge

  Good morning and welcome to another

fabulous and fun Saturday Challenge

at Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps !

This week our challenge theme is: 

ANIMALS!

My card features the newly restocked Kitty Kapers set. I stamped the sweet napping kitten in Totally Taupe ink and coloured the image with Copics (I added a few extra branches to the stamped image). After masking the image, I sponged in a simple sky with Bubbly Blue and Designer Denim inks. The sentiment from Lulu and Friends was stamped in Wicked Black ink and I added a few Krafty Dots as a finishing touch.

Each and every Saturday we post a brand new challenge for the week and you are welcome to enter as many times as you like.

These must be new creations and you are welcome to use any stamp, however, using Kraftin' Kimmie Stamp products will earn you double entries!

The monthly prize is a $25 voucher to the Krafty shop!!!

Woohoo!  There are two ways to enter: you can link up your creation on the  Kraftin’ Kimmie blog page and if using KKS products,

Stencil Challenge at Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps

USE A STENCIL!

I coloured one of the cute images from Cuddles the Puppy in copic markers and added him to a stenciled background created with our Wood Grain Stencil and the following inks: Sandy Shores, Marvellous Mocha and Wicked Black. I also added a few Krafty Dots as a finishing touch. "Happy Birthday" is from the Party Time Sentiments set while the "BFF" and pawprints are from the Cuddles set.

Each and every Saturday we post a brand new challenge for the week and you are welcome to enter as many times as you like.

Kraftin' Kimmie April 2022 Release Hop

Today we are celebrating the new April Release NOW available in the

 Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps Shop!

All FOUR of our new stamp sets, plus two new stencils and a new hybrid ink colour were released yesterday along with our exclusive 

ADD-ON BUNDLE, 

and we're excited to share it ALL with you in a fabulous krafty HOP!

We have a gorgeous new ink colour called 

LUSCIOUS LEMON!

For my hop card, I used the adorable Panda-Monium set and coloured three of the little pandas in copics. I created the background by covering a piece of white card stock in our new Luscious Lemon ink. The next step was to block out some sections using the solid cutouts from the Semi-Circles stencil which were taped in place. I then laid the new Tiny Triangles stencil over top and applied Lucky Limeade Ink. I removed all the initial stencils, then applied the main part of the Semi-Circles stencil, leaving the yellow Luscious Lemon semicircles exposed. On top of that I applied The Vines and Leaves stencil and then brushed on a combination of Charming Chartreuse and Lucky Limeade Inks over the yellow areas. While the Semi-Circle stencil was still in place, I used a black multi-liner to trace around the edges of those areas and brush on some additional ink to shade the edges. After removing the stencils, I adhered the fussy cut pandas in place and added one of the sentiments from the set.

April 2022 Krafty Peeks Day 3

    Today is our third day of Krafty Peeks for the April Release

 at Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps!

Today we are 'peeking' a super sweet set 

from artist Sabrina van Vloten

CHEEKY CHIPMUNKS!

These adorably cute chipmunks and all their amazing accessories will have you creating for days on end!! 

I coloured two of the images from the set in Copics and added one of the coordinating sentiments. I also added some white rick rack trim from the April Add-On Bundle.

April Krafty Peeks Day 2

   Welcome back to Day TWO of our April Krafty Peeks!

Are you excited about what you've seen so far!?  Are you ready for more?

I hope your answer was yes because we've got more fabulous fun for you today!

The stamp set we are 'peeking' for you today is from

STONE AGE FRIENDS!

This absolutely awesome set features a prehistoric family and their wooly mammoth friend with accessory stamps and fun, ancient sentiments!

I used the fabulous wiper card from our April Add-on Bundle to create my card. I stamped the two characters from Stone Age Friends and colored them with copics and added them to the wiper card. 

This second pic shows the wiper card mechanism in action as it reveals a surprise on the pop up arm.
