Avast, Me Hearties!

(This is the second post on my blog today...if  you're looking for the Fearless Fairy Tales release from Little Miss Muffet stamps, just click HERE or scroll back one post!)

Good morning everybody and welcome to another challenge at Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps! This week, our hostess is Miss Kraftin' Kimmie herself and she's created a fun sketch to play along with! We hope you participate in the challenge for your chance to win...just make sure to use a Kraftin' Kimmie Stamp on your submission!

I used one of the adorable stamps from the new Lil' Swashbucklers set. The sentiment is also from the set...I just stamped the words individually to have them in their own circles to fit with the sketch layout. I stamped Lucas in Memento Desert Sand ink, coloured him with Copics, fussy cut him out and adhered him to the map patterned paper...what pirate doesn't love a good treasure map?! Oh, and speaking of patterned paper, make sure to check out all the gorgeous paper pads at the KKS Shop...you'll find them HERE. I added a couple of buttons and some twine to finish it off.

Skin: E000, E00, E11, E04  Hair. E50, E31, E33, E37, E59  Hat and Boots: C3, C5, C7, C9  Shirt: W00, W1, W3, W5  Vest: R22, R27, R46, R59, C9  Pants: G82, G85, G99, C9

Here's a shot of the sketch:

You did an amazing job coloring the pirate. Wow. He looks amazing. And I like how you put the sentiments in the scallop circles. Great card.
