Wonderful Wednesdays challenges are always "Anything Goes"...any stamp, any theme, any style, any design, any project! It does have to be a new creation and you can submit it at today's Wonderful Wednesday post on the KKS blog until October 4th at midnight EST. At the end of the month, one random winner will be chosen from all submissions for the entire month...that lucky stamper will win a $20 gift card to the KKS Shop.
I've used the Santa Paws set for my card. This young girl with her sweet furry friend is one of two main images in the set. It also includes a variety of coordinating sentiments. She was stamped in Memento Desert Sand Ink and coloured with Copics. Almost all of the supplies used to make this card came from the September Surprise Kit...I know some of you ordered this kit and took part in our September release sneak peeks. Although this kit is no longer available (Kimmie only releases them for preorder for a limited time!!), I thought it would be fun to give you a taste of what you receive in the kits...if you missed this one, be sure to keep your eyes open for the next time Kimmie releases a surprise kit. The paper (the full 6x6 pad), individual snowflakes (a full die set!), the flower and pearls were all included in the kit. I used a spellbinder die to cut out the circles and a Memory Box die to cut out the snowflake flourish. I also added some Stardust Stickles to the flower and white snowflakes.
