This week's challenge theme for you is: 

LOVE!

My card features an image from our January Krafty Komeback Set, TOGETHER IS BETTER. I stamped Lucas in Totally Taupe ink on Arches cold pressed paper and watercoloured the image. I also used some Halloween Krafty Dots.

Each and every Saturday we post a brand new challenge for the week and you are welcome to enter as many times as you like.

These must be new creations and you are welcome to use any stamp, however, using Kraftin' Kimmie Stamp products will earn you double entries!

The monthly prize is a $25 voucher to the Krafty shop!

January 2020 Release Hop at Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps

Today we are celebrating the 

January release NOW available at
Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps!

 (**NOTE: apparently you all are LOVING this release because some of the new products are sold out! Other than the Heart Dots, which were a  quantity-limited one-time-only release, all other products will be restocked!**)

All THREE new clear stamp sets are available at the Krafty Shop, along with the new CRISP CRIMSON inks, and our TWO new Krafty Stencils!

My hop card features the little beaver couple from YOU'RE GNAW-SOME.  I stamped them (and the sentiment) in our Wicked Black ink and coloured with a combination of copics and coloured pencils. I also added a few of our  Lovey Dots .

January 2019 Kraftin' Kimmie Sneak Peeks..Day 4!

Welcome back to our FOURTH and final day of Krafty Peeks for the January release at Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps!

Today we've got another stamp set from artist Melissa Baker-Nguyen! It's chock full of those fabulous images we all love....

HEARTS AND STARS!

The stamp set contains solid images, lined images, some with dots, some with stitches....beautiful designs and in all different sizes! There are a total of TWENTY THREE stamps!

Of course, today is also Challenge Day and as always, during release week the theme is Anything Goes! So create a card, scrapbook page, altered item...with a Kraftin' Kimmie Stamp! Use any sketch, design, colour scheme you want! We can't wait to see your creations and you have all week to play along (until Jan 18th) and we'll announce the winner at the end of the month! I made a card combining HEARTS AND STARS with another new set this month, BEARY LOVE. The little bear was stamped in our  TOTALLY TAUPE INK and watercoloured with my Daniel Smith paints. I sponged the background with PRETTY IN PINK ink, then stamped a selection of hearts from HEARTS AND STARS in RASPBERRY ROSE ink. The sentiment from Beary Love was stamped in  WICKED BLACK INK. To finish it off, I added a trio of our new LOVEY DOTS.

January 2019 Krafty Peeks...Day 2!

Welcome back to our second day of Krafty Peeks for the January release at Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps!

Today we are spillin' ALL the tea and sharing SO many NEW goodies with you...

First up is today's super ADORABLE new stamp set from artist Melissa Baker-Nguyen!

It's called BEARY LOVE!!! It includes five main images, a couple of sentiments and a bunch of accessory stamps!

Next...I bet you've been guessing about what our BRAND NEW PRODUCT might be! Well...as papercrafters we love adding that special embellishment that just finishes off our cards or scrapbook pages perfectly! 

Introducing Kraftin' Kimmie Dots!!

We are releasing TWO sets of the new enamel DOTS this month to kick things off! First up is a set called Krafty Basic Dots which contains all the colours you should have in your arsenal.....black, white, yellow, red and blue! The second set, Lovey Dots is perfect for this release covering all shades of reds and pinks! 

How about a NEW Krafty Kolours Hybrid INK?

This month we are releasing this super sweet colour called PRETTY IN PINK! Of course it comes as an ink pad, a mini cube and an ink refill! It coordinates with many of our colours and of course....can be used with our stencils!!!

Stencils you say??? Why yes we DO have new ones for you this month! For January we are releasing TWO new Krafty Stencils perfect for our inks, texture pastes, glimmer pastes and more! They are Happy Hearts and Harlequin!!!

Unconventional Valentines

This week our hostess is KAREN!! And her challenge is UNCONVENTIONAL VALENTINES !! So create a card, scrapbook page or altered item with a Kraftin' Kimmie stamp featuring a stamp or style that you wouldn't necessarily think of for the LOVE theme!!! Sounds FUN! Be creative!! Ok, so I took complete advantage of the "Unconventional" portion of this challenge. ;)  Karen said to go with something that wouldn't normally be "typical" for Valentines Day...sounds like a PERFECT opportunity to pull out my beloved Kraftin' Kimmie Halloween images!! I LOVE colouring up spooky images, so I was thrilled to ink them up at this time of year. We've caught Fred and Ginger in the midst of a moonlit rendevouz...have you ever seen a girl swoon like that?? Seems Fred really swept her off her feet...ok, technically she may have actually fainted in fear of being bitten. lol Still, I think they make quite a fetching couple, no? Fred certainly seems pretty happy! The sentiment it part of a fantastic set called Halloween Sentiments. To tie the image in with the sentiment, I used one of the fun images from the Happy Haunting set. The hearts a a cuttlebug die...I added some fang marks with red Stickles for blood. The corners are Classic Corner Dies by SCACD.

Sending All My Love...a Kraftin' Kimmie Sneak Peek!

Welcome back to day two of our NOVEMBER Kraftin' Kimmie Peeks!!! Today we are excited to share TWO cute new sets by artist Cheryl Alger!!! It's always a good time to tell someone you love them, right?!? We are sharing samples today featuring.......SENDING ALL MY LOVE! and TOGETHER IS BETTER!

This is one of the sweet images from the Sending All My Love set. The set also comes with several coordinating sentiments, one of which I used on my card. Once again, I'm giving a little advanced sneak peek of another new set we're officially unveiling this week, Sew in Love...that little button is a stamp from that set. You're going to LOVE it when you see it! I added Glossy Accents to the bubbles and the button. The papers are all Bo Bunny Love Letters, which just happens to be the paper featured in this month's Krafty Kardmaking Kit which will be released this weekend along with all the new stamps!

November Krafty Kardmaking Kits!!

We're kicking off the November Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps Release with our brand NEW NOVEMBER Love Letters Krafty Kardmaking Kit! 

Kimmie has designed a Krafty Kardmaking Kit with everything you need to make SIX awesome cards AND have some goodies leftover to whip up some extras! Included in the kit are coordinated patterned papers, cardstocks, envelopes, sweet heart shaped doilies and several different types of embellishments including adhesive pearls and heart charms. As mentioned earlier, six of us Krafty Girls divided one of the November kits up to give you an idea of what all can be made from just one kit! My sample features the gorgeous Rose...if you fancy her, you could choose her as your $8.00 stamp to be included with your kit!  I trimmed by black card base down from 6"x6" to 5"x5" so that I could use those scraps for some die cut embellishments. The decorative black border was cut with Spellbinders Parisian Accents and the flourishes are an MFT Die...I just cut out select curls from the flourish die as my cardstock strip was skinny. The lace surrounding the image is included in the kit. I cut a larger oval out of pink cardstock for matting the image. However, in order for the lace to be more visible, I coloured the pink cardstock with a black marker...an easy way to create your own black cardstock where needed. ;)  The little metal charm part of the kit. OH! I've include a SNEAK PEAK of a set we'll be unveiling over the next few days called Sew In Love! See that teal button?? That's actually a stamp from this fabulous new set. I stamped it on patterned paper, added a bit of shading, used a white gel pen on the stitching and then covered the button with Glossy Accents. You're going to LOVE the Sew In Love set when it's revealed during previews this week! I sponged around the image with Antique Linen and Spun Sugar Distress Inks. I also used Black Soot Distress Ink on all paper edges and used my scissor edge to distress the paper.

"Little Helper Angel"...an SCACD Valentine's Day tag.

Hi folks! I'm sharing a Valentine's Day tag featuring one of the Guardian Angels stamps from SCACD...I love these gorgeous images. They are so versatile...perfect for so many different occasions! This is "Little Helper Angel". I used an Inksentials Kraft Tag and some My Mind's Eye paper from last year. You can check out the amazing selection of 6x6 paper pads at SCACD  HERE. If you're looking specifically for Valentine's Day papers, you can find them in the holiday section HERE.  The pretty corner embellishment was cut with Fancy Flower and Key Corners from Dies by SCACD.

Little Helper Angel was stamped on Neenah in Memento ink and coloured with a combination of Copics and ShinHans. The ShinHan markers work beautifully...the ink lays down so nicely! They also work really well with Copics and are a wonderful compliment to your marker collection. The red shirt and accents were all coloured with ShinHan markers (R11, R13 and BR94), and I used my C5 and C7 Copics to add shading. Copics were used on the rest of the image. I also added some Stardust Stickles to her wings.
