Welcome back to Day TWO of our

It’s called YOU ARE MER-MAZING and it’s by our newest artist, Neda Sadreddin!

This gorgeous mermaid set is just….pearl-fect!   

Imagine all the underwater scenes you’ll be able to create featuring the main image plus her seahorse, 

fish and starfish friends!  

Add one of the sweet sentiments, our new ink, 

stencils and dots and you’re all set!

I made a bookmark featuring our lovely new mermaid. She was stamped in Wicked Black Ink and coloured with Copics. I added some Stardust stickles to her tail for a little shimmer. The background was created with our new Mermaid Scales Stencil and our inks Salty Sea (NEW!!) and Sparkling Sapphire.

Oldie but Goodie

Hey there Kraftin' Kimmie Fans!! It's time for another weekly challenge, and I'm your hostess this week. ;)  My challenge is "Oldie but Goodie". I often get so busy playing with my newest stamps, that some of my older ones go un-inked for ages. Poor stamps. So I thought it would be fun to pull out some of your well-loved older stamps and show them a little love! You could also dig through your krafty stashes and find some oldie but goodie embellishments to go along with the challenges as well!

I ADORE mermaids, so I pulled out one of my favourite Kraftin' Kimmie mermaids, Marina. Isn't she gorgeous?! I stamped her with Memento Desert Sand to create the "no lines" look. She was coloured with Copics, cut out with Spellbinders Circles and matted with Spellbinders Lacey Circles. It's been a while since I pulled out my sewing machine to add stitching to a card...I forgot how much I love the look of it! The paper is from an older Authentique pad. (click HERE to see the great selection of paper pads at the KKS shop) I added a double bow, a little starfish charm, pearl sprays, a few additional flat backed pearls and some Stardust Stickles to finish it off.
