Kraftin' Kimmie Challenge: Distress Inks

Hi everyone! Welcome to another challenge at Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps...this week we are challenging you to use DISTRESS INKS! Make a card, scrapbook layout, tag or whatever your krafty heart desires!

Submit your projects for the chance to WIN a $20 gift card to the Shop. In keeping in line with the rest of our challenges (Wonderful Wednesday and our NEW Krafty Scrappy Challenge), we will be drawing one winner per month from all Saturday Challenge entries to win a $20 gift card...enter as many times per month as you'd like!!

Have you joined the Krafty Friends FB group?? It's the best place to keep up with all of the goings on as well as sharing YOUR creations and getting inspired by other Krafty Friends' creations!

We will post a Sketch each month that lasts all month long. If you use it in ANY of our Challenges or WW's during that month you will get an additional chance to win a store gift card! You do NOT have to use the sketch, it's just a little extra boost for your mojo if needed. ;) (you'll find it on the KKS blog)

I made some tags for some  special little gifts I'm working on. This sentiment from PAMPER ME PAULINA was perfect for what I have in mind to make! I love the versatility of Kraftin' Kimmie stamp sets. While the images are awesome and so much fun to colour, the sentiments can also stand alone as the focal point of projects.  The layers were cut with Spellbinders. I used my Distress Oxide inks to create the background for the stamped sentiment. Finally I added a little glitter flower and some Stardust Stickles for just the right amount of sparkle. ;)

Hope you plan to play along!

I absolutely LOVED this set, so I'm thrilled Kimmie has brought it back! I have two cards featuring these awesome pirates. First up is our lovely gal downing some grog!

A little disclaimer with this next card...I had combined Bootylicious with one of the original KKS pirates, Billy Blythe, who is not currently available. However, this awesome lady pirate lounging on her bounty of treasure is one of the two main images in the set!

Next up...Trick or Eat!

No automatic alt text available.

I only have a card featuring one of the fantastically quirky zombies from this fun set!

Some of the other Krafty Girls also have projects to share today featuring these two vault's the full list:
