You Colour my World...a Kraftin' Kimmie Challenge

 

   Good morning and welcome to another

Saturday Challenge

at Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps !

This week, our challenge theme is: 

SPARKLE!

(Glitter, Glimmer, Foiling... you get the idea!) 

This week, I pulled out the Unicorns and Rainbows stamp set to make this fun glittery card. The images were coloured in copic markers and added to a sparkly background created with our Happy Hearts stencil, some glitter paste and several distress oxide inks.

Each and every Saturday we post a brand new challenge for the week and you are welcome to enter as many times as you like.

These must be new creations and you are welcome to use any stamp, however, using Kraftin' Kimmie Stamp products will earn you double entries!

The monthly prize is a $25 voucher to the Krafty shop!!!

Woohoo!  There are two ways to enter: you can link up your creation on the  Kraftin’ Kimmie blog page and if using KKS products,

you can upload your photo to the album in our

This week, our challenge theme for you is: 

CLEAN AND SIMPLE!

 I find I often overthink card designs and waste so much time trying to figure out elaborate layouts, embellishments, etc.  While it's fun to make "fancy" cards, it can be equally as fun to pull out minimal supplies and whip up a quick notecard...enter Clean and Simple designs!I started with a background created with our Summer Sunbeams stencil and a trio of our inks: Summer Sunshine, Morning Marigold and Tempting Tangerine. I paired this background with a cheery sentiment from the Here Comes the Sun stamp set. I then added a bit of Stardust stickles and a few rhinestones to complete this encouraging note card.

Each and every Saturday we post a brand new challenge for the week and you are welcome to enter as many times as you like.

February 2022 Release at Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps

Today we are celebrating the February Release NOW available in the

 Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps Shop!

All FOUR of our new stamp sets, plus two new stencils and a new hybrid ink colour were released yesterday along with our exclusive

February 2022 Release At Kraftin'Kimmie Stamps... Peek #3

 

   Today is our third day of Krafty Peeks for the February Release

 at Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps!

Today we are 'peeking' a fabulous set

These cute snails might be slow - but it's going to be worth the wait!! 

Check out SPECIAL DELIVERY! in so many creations today as you hop around the Krafty Team's blogs! You'll also see the new stencils, Add-Ons and hybrid ink along the way!  Be sure to leave some love at each stop on the hop because there will be a giveaway for some krafty $$ to the shop! 

I made a love themed card using the mail bag and a sentiment from SPECIAL DELIVERY. I used our new Perfect Postage stencil to trace and cut out the layer with the sentiment. I also used our Mountains of Mail stencil, traced it with a multiliner and then fussy cut the envelopes. I used some distress inks and pencils on the letters to coordinate with the design paper.

You'll see more of our February goodies tomorrow, and then everything will be released after our LIVE Online Release Party on Saturday afternoon at 2pm ET in the Krafty Friends facebook group!

February 2022 Skrappy Challenge at Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps

 

 It's time for a brand new

SKRAPPY CHALLENGE

with Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps!

 The theme of course is ANYTHING BUT A CARD!

For this challenge you can make anything that strikes your fancy....except a card!
So design a new scrapbook page, bookmark, tag, altered item, planner page, art journal, ATC cards...whatever you like!

Just make sure to include some Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps products and make sure it's a new creation!  As soon as we have at least five people playing along, we'll be giving away a $10 gift voucher to the krafty shop as the monthly prize!

I made a watercoloured bookmark featuring the February Stamp of the Month, "You Light Up My Life." If you aren't aware of our stamp of the month promotion, make sure to check out the details over on the  KKS, blog. This is a stamp you will receive free with any order in February totalling a minimum of $75 CAD. I added a hand-lettered quote from the Harry Potter books, but this stamp does come with a coordinating sentiment! The tassel and charm are dollar store finds and I added glossy accents to the lantern glass.

You have until Monday, February 28th to enter, and you can submit as many new creations as you like for more chances to WIN!  Also be sure to share your designs on the Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps' Krafty Friends facebook page because we love to see your stuff!
