Sunny Days Challenge at Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps

Good Morning and welcome to another 

fabulous and fun Saturday Challenge

at Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps!

This week our challenge for you is ....

SUNNY DAYS!

My card features three stamp sets: GOOD IN THE WOODS (Lucas), GOOD IN THE WOODS ACCESSORIES (BBQ) and that bright cheery sun from HERE COMES THE SUN. I stamped Lucas and the BBQ in our Wicked Black Ink, masked them, and used our new Radiant Rainbow stencil for the background. Inks used in the rainbow include: Ruby Red, Pumpkin Patch, Summer Sunshine, Charming Chartreuse, Sparkling Sapphire (currently on sale!), Purple Pansy and Gorgeous Grape. The rest of the scene was done in copic markers.

Each and every Saturday we post a brand new challenge for the week and you are welcome to enter as many times as you like with new creations. You are welcome to use any stamp however using Kraftin' Kimmie stamp and products will earn you double entries to the monthly prize of a $25 voucher to the Krafty shop!

May 2020 Release Hop at Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps

Today we are celebrating all the wonderful new things in our  MAY Release that are NOW AVAILABLE
in the Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps Shop!

We're excited to share everything with you in a fabulous blog hop today!

First up is an adorable set by artist Becky Pearce called
 UP, UP AND AWAY! 

Next is a set a stunning floral creation from artist Melissa Baker-Nguyen called PERFECT PEONY!

Next up we have a set of homes for our adorable little pixies from last month!  This amazing set is from artist Sabrina van Vloten and it's called FAIRY VILLAGE!

Lastly is a great new masculine stamp set from artist Cheryl Grant called....FARM-TASTIC!

Available now is our stunning new Krafty Kolours hybrid ink colour in the large ink pad, the mini cube and ink refill called ....SUMMER SUNSHINE!

We have two new stencils that coordinate perfectly with our lovely new stamp sets and they are....

Speaking of the Perfect Peony stamp set , I used this gorgeous flower for my hop card today. I stamped the peony on Arches cold pressed watercolour paper and embossed it in black. The flower was done in the following Daniel Smith watercolour paint: Neutral Tint, Quinacridone Purple, Rose of Ultramarine and Quinacridone Magenta. The background was done mostly with Daniel Smith paints (Green Serpentine Genuine, Olive Green, Undersea Green and Neutral Tint) plus two M. Graham colours (Sap Green and Nickel Azo Yellow). The sentiment from the set was stamped in Wicked Black Ink. I also edged the paper in stardust stickles.

Farm-tastic...Kraftin' Kimmie May 2020 Release

It's our FINAL day of 

May Krafty Peeks!

We are closing out the festivities with a brand new adorable stamp set from artist Cheryl Grant called....

FARM-TASTIC! 

I stamped the little fisherman on Neenah cardstock in Wicked Black ink, drew in a background and coloured the scene in copic markers.

Of course, today is also Challenge Day and as always, during release week the theme is Anything Goes!  So create a card, scrapbook page, altered item.....with a Kraftin' Kimmie Stamp!  Use any sketch, design, colour scheme you want!

We can't wait to see your creations and you have until May 22nd to play along!  Feel free to link up your submission at the bottom of this post and/or by uploading your pic to the folder in our Krafty Friends facebook group!  You could WIN a $25 gift voucher to the krafty shop!

It's Day THREE day of 

May Krafty Peeks
at Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps!!

Today we've got a magical new stamp set for you!  Remember the FAIRY FOLK set that we released last month?  Well you didn't think we'd leave them with no place to live, did you?  We've got a brilliant new set from
artist Sabrina van Vloten called....FAIRY VILLAGE!

This set contains two gorgeous whimsical houses which can be used on their own as a focal image or in combination with our sweet Fairy Folk stamp set or many of our other fun sets!

I watercoloured the FAIRY VILLAGE teapot (stamped in Totally Taupe ink on Aches cold pressed paper) and paired it with some Graphic 45 design paper.

Day 1 of May 2020 release peeks at Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps

Spring is here!  (Well in most places anyway!)

The MAY Release at Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps
begins NOW!

Welcome to Day ONE of our May Krafty Peeks!
We are ready to celebrate and inspire you with
FOUR new stamp sets, TWO new stencils, a brand new INK colour and some new Krafty DOTS!
Who's ready to PAR-TEE!!!?!

We're kicking off the krafty fun with an ADORABLE set from artist BECKY PEARCE and it's called.....

UP, UP and AWAY!

What a fabulous and uplifting set of sweet images and sentiments to send to special people to let them know you're thinking of them, especially right now!

It's a 4x6 stamp set featuring several main images, some accessory stamps and some awesome sunshiney sentiments!

As you hop around the Krafty Team's blogs today you will see the UP, UP AND AWAY stamp set in action in combination with our all of our other awesome new MAY Kraftin' Kimmie products!

You will spot our newest addition to the Krafty Kolours Hybrid Ink rainbow!  It's an amazing dark royal purple named
SUMMER SUNSHINE!
As always it will be available in full sized ink pads, mini cubes and ink refills!

We've got TWO brand new Krafty Stencils for this month's release to help accessorize your creations!

They are called RADIANT RAINBOWS and
SUMMER SUNBEAMS!

And of course, we are adding the perfect new coordinating Krafty Dots for this release! The package includes 48 enamel dots in varying sizes in 6 different colours! 

These ones are called RAINBOW BRIGHT DOTS!

Here's my card featuring Up Up and Away. I used our new SUMMER SUNSHINE ink to sponge over a base layer and then used the SUMMER SUNBEAMS stencil combined with Morning Marigold ink to create a simple background. I stamped one of the elephants on Neenah cardstock and coloured him with copics. I paper-pieced the hot air balloon, adhered it all the the background, added one of the sentiments in Wicked Black ink and edged the paper in stardust stickles. 

You'll get to see all of our brand new goodies in action over the next few days of April Krafty Peeks and everything will be released at our LIVE Online Release Party in the Krafty Friends facebook group on Saturday, May 16th at 2 pm EST!

My card features the That's a Wrap stamp set. I stamped the girl in Totally Taupe ink and used my watercolours to paint the image.
