Here's my card featuring our new stamp of the month. I made the clouds using our Chubby Clouds stencil. After tracing the outline with a fineliner, I cut them out, added some shading with markers, and popped them up on foam dots. I coloured the image with markers and paper pieced her dress and hat (shading added to the design paper with markers to create the fabric folds).
